Required Skills and Experience
|
|
Education:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in development economics, social economics, microeconomics, local development management or a similar field in the area of social sciences. A degree from a reputable education institution is an advantage.
Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience at the national or international level in providing management and policy advisory services

- Proven experience in design, monitoring and implementation of development projects.

- Experience in managing or overseeing projects dealing with the micro-economic dimensions of development interventions (micro-finance, enterprise support services, formalization of work and enterprises, value chain analysis, territorial development and promotion).

- Experience in oversight of and compliance with donor funding
-
- Prior experience working with web-based ERP systems is a must.

- Knowledge of UN/UNDP project implementation/monitoring systems/corporate tools and reporting are an advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English and either Albanian or Serbian languages
